What is Project Management?
Project Management - and JMK Engineering's role - starts after the stakeholder goals have been developed. With these goals and project values in place, a project execution plan can be developed that will act as the baseline for the project.
This plan will include schedules, costs, and other metrics measured throughout the project.
If you have your own internal reporting processes, these will be included in the execution plan. If you're starting from scratch, JMK Engineering is happy to provide suggestions that are in line with the size of your project.
Project Definition Services
Through goal and limit setting, JMK Engineering will help you define your project. This is particularly beneficial when you need to access outside help for design and construction.
Document Management
We help you develop project procedures and documents, making sure that all stakeholders remain informed and no surprises sneak up further through the project cycle when costs - both time and money - are higher.
